Pumpkin Walnut Muffins
Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin
1 yellow cake mix
¼ tsp. ginger
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Spray muffin tins with spray. Mix cake mix, pumpkin, and spices. Stir in walnuts. Spoon into muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until springs back when touched.
